NEXT PIN

Terms of Use

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Next Pin ("we", "us"). By using the Next Pin app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Health and safety

Next Pin is not medical advice. The app provides general training suggestions, such as weights and reps to try, based on what you have logged. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physical therapist or qualified trainer.

You exercise at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any injury, illness or damage that results from exercise you do, whether or not you followed a suggestion from the app.

2. Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Next Pin on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store terms. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it to break any law.

3. Your data

Your workout data is stored on your device. You are responsible for it, including backing it up (for example through iCloud device backups). See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Things you share

When you share workout cards to other services, you are responsible for what you post and for following those services' rules. Please don't use Next Pin cards in a way that is misleading or infringes anyone's rights.

5. No warranty

Next Pin is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we don't promise it will be error-free, always available, or that calculations will be correct for your situation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

7. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store's Usage Rules.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. If we make an important change, the app will ask you to agree again. You can stop using Next Pin at any time by deleting it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
