How do I log a set?

Start a workout, add exercises, and tap the circle next to each set. Weights and reps are filled in from last time; change them only if you need to.

How does Next Pin decide what I should lift?

It uses double progression. Stay at a weight until you reach the top of the rep range (usually 12) on every set, then move the pin to the next weight and start back at the bottom of the range.

Can I log sets from my Lock Screen or Apple Watch?

Yes. When you start your first workout, tap Allow for Live Activities. The Lock Screen shows your next set with a ✓ button, and your Apple Watch Smart Stack shows the rest timer. You can turn this on later in Settings → Next Pin → Live Activities.

The rest timer voice is too quiet or I can't hear it

The voice plays at your media volume, on top of your music. Turn up the volume, check the speaker icon on the rest bar isn't muted, and make sure Spoken rest timer is on in Settings.

Can I switch between lb and kg?

Yes, in Train → ⚙︎ Settings. Everything you've logged is converted automatically. Nothing is lost.

I made a mistake in a finished workout

Open it from the History tab and tap Edit. You can change weights and reps, add or delete sets, and add or remove exercises.

Where is my data? Will I lose it?

Your workouts are stored on your iPhone and included in your iPhone's iCloud or computer backup. Deleting the app deletes its data, so keep your phone backed up.
